Linda Lewis
Art Bio
Linda Lewis was born in Sunnymead,
California but became an Arkansan before the age of
two. She always enjoyed drawing and realized
at an early age this was something she would like to
do in life. In 1999 she enrolled in an oil
painting class that only served to wet her appetite
for art. She paints in oil, watercolor, soft
pastel/oil pastel, acrylic, charcoal and
graphite. Linda enjoyed sharing her love of
drawing and has volunteered time in the local
Shepherd's Center teaching "quick drawing
techniques."

profoundly personal experience. I want to
convey through my paintings, art that needs no
explanation. Art for the pleasure it brings is
the goal I strive for in each painting." -
