How To Become a PBAL Member
- Pay annual fee of $30 per individual membership, per
calendar year by January 31st. Memberships run
from January to December each year. (Example,
if you join in June of 2008, your membership will
carry you to December of 2008, with membership
fees being due again in January of 2009.).
Student membership are available for $15 per
individual per calendar year. Students (15-17)
must have a written referral by an Adult Member or
an art teacher.
- Print and fill out our application form from
this site, pick up our PBAL application at our studio, request an
application via e-mail, mail, or telephone.
- Mail or drop off your application to: The Pine
Bluff Art League, Donald W. Reynolds Community

Benefits of Becoming a PBAL Member
- Monthly meetings with special guest
speakers demonstrating timely art topics
- Free art classes and discounted workshops conducted by art league members or local
well-known artists
- Opportunity to Chair or Sit on committees to
share/express your ideas, suggestions, and

- Use of PBAL Gallery to display and/or view
members' artworks
- Use of PBAL Studio, limited to members, to

Lunch Bunch group, field trips, out-of-town workshop

For members wanting to have a dedicated artist page,
the following information is provided:
The page will consist of the members name, a brief
bio/artist inspiration statement, information on how to
contact the artist, and a nine image gallery of works.
The artist will pay an annual dedicated artist page fee of $20
(in addition to the annual membership fee) to the PBAL to qualify for a Dedicated
Artist web page. If members would like to donate
an additional amount for the PBAL web site, the amount
can be added to the $20 fee. The member should provide
the following information to

Verbiage for Artist Bio/Inspiration statement:
3-5 paragraphs.
Nine images of their art work with the following
information for each work:
- Image Title
- Type Work
- Framed/unframed
- Dimensions of work
- Sale Price of work
If a member sells their artwork as a result of
the member's dedicated page, then the League
requests a 20% commission for that sale.
When one of the works in the 9-image gallery is
sold, the member can email Annette or Shirley so
they can mark "sold" on the member's page. If
the member would like to replace that image with a
new image, then an additional fee of $5 is
requested for each work replaced during the year.

member directory and the

Members needing photos of their art work for the
dedicated member page can contact
Shirley
Dawson (870-692-6938 cell) about the next date
she will be taking photos at the Reynolds Building.
The dedicated page must be renewed each year.
